Construction Details
The finest restoration of a New England Cape-style home you’ll love to live in – reimagined and refined in 2016, utilizing the best local craftsmen. From 2015 through 2016, Bickford Woodworking rebuilt and expanded the main home, built the guest house, and beautifully restored the barn. The “Late, Great” Ray Dupra honed his extensive masonry and stonework skills across all three structures; which further amplifies the quality of this home’s finishes. The property’s facade dates to 1799, however, the interior is entirely new construction – electrical, plumbing, home systems, framing, insulation, and so on. The home’s subtleties can only be appreciated by visiting the property yourself.
